Springfield is a traditional property given room to be itself. Murano glass chandeliers, deep bay windows dressed in Roman blinds, cream sofas that invite rather than impress. The bones of the house are classical, and the scheme was built to honour them.

The lounge sits at the heart of it, walls lined in vintage map wallpaper with a burgundy velvet sofa as its anchor. A room for the slower hours.

A full-service project, taken from the earliest planning conversations through to final styling. Our in-house workroom produced the drapery, pelmets, cushions and upholstered seating to keep the scheme consistent from room to room.

The Living Room

A Murano glass chandelier holds the centre of the room, cream sofas face one another in the bay, and the ornate cornice above is given the quiet it deserves.

Roman blinds and patterned pelmets dress the windows in a way that reads as tailoring rather than decoration. Light is allowed to earn its place.

The Lounge

Walls lined in vintage map wallpaper, a burgundy velvet sofa set against it. A cushion stack in jewel tones, a single table lamp. A room for armchair travel.

Through the Door

A house shows itself in its edges. A room caught through the frame of an open doorway, the curve of a chair held in the bay light, a trio of cushions arranged just so. The quieter grammar of the house, carried from room to room.
